Quick and Easy authentic pico de gallo is made with 6 Ingredients in under 10 minutes! This zesty dish is full of texture and flavor and is great on tacos, salads, burritos, and just about any Mexican dish!

Ingredients
- 2 cups tomato Roma, Vine, or tomatoes of choice, diced
- ½ cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper De-seeded if you do not want spice, minced
- 2 cloves garlic freshly minced or crushed
- lime or 2 tablespoons, juice of 1
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the diced ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and season with salt.
- Gently stir to combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
