Quick Salmon Pasta Recipe
Description
The Quick Salmon Pasta Recipe features simple ingredients like salmon fillets, pasta, cream, and aromatic spices such as thyme and garlic powder. Cooking the salmon in olive oil ensures it cooks evenly while retaining moisture, and seasoning it as it cooks enhances the flavor. The addition of cream creates a velvety sauce that melds with the pasta, coating it thoroughly. The pasta is cooked separately and then combined with the salmon cream sauce over low heat, allowing the flavors to infuse. This dish balances protein and carbs with a mild, creamy taste profile, suitable for a casual dinner.
To serve, the dish can be enjoyed hot on its own or with a squeeze of lemon juice added just before serving to add brightness and a subtle tang, as suggested in the notes. This finishing touch cuts through the richness of the cream while complementing the salmon's flavor.
The note about adding lemon juice before serving offers an easy way to brighten the dish and add a fresh citrus element. Aside from that, the recipe focuses on straightforward cooking steps and conventional pantry ingredients without complex techniques.
