Quick Shrimp Stir Fry

This Quick Shrimp Stir Fry is a delicious and fast, you can have lunch or dinner ready in 20 minutes from start to finish!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp any size will do but I used 16-20 in this recipe
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 yellow onion sliced, large
  • ½ cabbage thinly sliced, head
  • 2 cups celery chopped, hearts and leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • teriyaki sauce and soy sauce to taste
  • 15 oz. yakisoba noodles

Instructions

  1. soak shrimp in teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp soy sauce
  2. Before starting a stir fry you should have all of your ingredients ready to go and chopped or sliced
  3. heat oil in a wok if you have one or a large skillet over high heat
  4. add the onion to the wok and continuously stir
  5. next the cabbage and the celery, stirring constantly
  6. allow to cook for 3-5 min constantly stirring
  7. add in the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring
  8. add in the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until they become opaque and slightly orange.
  9. prepare yakisoba noodles according to package directions and add to wok
  10. stir to incorporated veggies and shrimp into the noodles
  11. add in more teriyaki and soy sauce to taste
  12. serve and enjoy!!
