- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
