Ranch Chicken Bites

Ranch Chicken Bites are chunks of chicken breast coated in ranch seasoning and cooked in olive oil for a spicy and savory snack or meal addition. The bites develop a flavorful crust while staying juicy on the inside. This simple recipe uses just three ingredients and yields tender, well-seasoned chicken pieces, suitable for low-carb or gluten-free diets.

Description

The recipe starts by cutting boneless, skinless chicken breast into 1 to 2-inch pieces, then coating them with ranch seasoning and olive oil. After resting briefly in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld, the chicken is cooked in a hot skillet, allowing the exterior to form a lightly crisp layer. Cooking times are adjusted to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F for safety.

This method yields chicken bites with a seasoned crust and moist interior. They can be served hot as a main or snack, alongside favorite sides.

Dietary considerations include natural gluten-free, low-carb qualities. Variations can include using different chicken cuts, but cooking times will differ. Leftovers should be stored sealed in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen up to one month for convenience.
