Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 C Kraft Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 C Red Onions Chopped
  • 1/4 C red peppers Chopped
  • 1/4 C leeks Chopped
  • 1/4 C tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/4 C mushrooms Chopped
  • 1/4 C corn
  • 1/2 C . Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 C . Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
  • 1/4 C mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 Ts olive oil
  • 2 tb cornmeal for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.
  2. Unroll dough into a cookie sheet sprinkled with Corn Meal
  3. Pre-Bake for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from Oven
  5. Add in veggies, cheeses and drizzle olive oil on top
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes
  7. Remove from oven
  8. Enjoy!
