Full of bright, fruity flavor and just the right amount of sweetness, this raspberry danish is the perfect everyday treat! With its puff pastry crust, rich cream cheese, and a generous layer of raspberry jam, this raspberry danish recipe never disappoints!

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon water
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup raspberry jam
- ½ cup raspberries sliced
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar Glaze optional
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Slice the puff pastry crust into 6 even pieces.
- Place the sections on a sheet tray.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Divide the cream cheese between the puff pastry sections.
- Layer the raspberry jam over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Fold in the corners to the center over the cheese and raspberry jam.
- Combine the egg and water. Whisk well.
- Brush over the puff pastry squares. Set aside.
- Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cooled, place fresh raspberries on top of the jam.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze and sprinkle with orange zest.
