Raspberry martini is a classy cocktail with a beautiful pink color and smooth sweet taste.

Ingredients
Raspberry Simple Syrup:
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
Martini:
- ½ ounce raspberry simple syrup
- ½ ounce cranberry juice
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- 2 ounces gin or vodka
- ½ cup ice
- 6 fresh raspberries
Instructions
Raspberry simple syrup:
- Combine ingredients in saucepan and use a spoon to lightly crush the raspberries.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering let cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour into a cup through a fine mesh strainer.
- Let cool completely.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Martini
- Add raspberry simple syrup, cranberry juice, dry vermouth, vodka, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake together for 10 seconds.
- use a cocktail strainer and pour the drink into a martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
