This vibrant red raspberry martini is sweet, tart, and bursting with berry flavor. It's vodka and fresh lemon juice shaken over ice with our easy homemade raspberry simple syrup. It's perfect for special occasions, and takes just 15 minutes to make!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce raspberry simple syrup recipe below
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- fresh raspberries to serve
Raspberry Simple Syrup
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Fill a jar or cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add the vodka, raspberry simple syrup, and lemon juice and shake to chill.
- Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
Raspberry Simple Syrup
- Put the raspberries, sugar, and water into a small pot over high heat and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the raspberries through a fine mesh sieve - DO NOT press on the raspberries or the syrup will turn cloudy. Let it cool before using it. Store the leftovers in a glass jar in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
