Raspberry Peach Cobbler Recipe

The Raspberry Peach Cobbler blends fresh raspberries and slightly underripe sliced peaches tossed with flour, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon, topped with a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon. The topping bakes to a golden, crisp layer over the juicy fruit, creating a warm dessert with a balance of tart and sweet flavors and a satisfying contrast between soft fruit and crumbly topping.

Description

This cobbler combines fresh raspberries and peeled, slightly underripe peach slices with a light coating of flour, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon that enhances the natural fruit flavors and thickens the filling slightly. The cobbler topping, made from melted butter, brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, and cinnamon, forms a textured, crumbly crust that browns during baking.

Baked at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, the fruit becomes bubbly and softened without losing shape, while the topping crisps to a golden brown. This dessert is best served warm, ideally with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream to complement the fruity sweetness and crumbly topping.
