  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Base Mixture: In a food processor, combine the soaked almonds and medjool dates. Blend until finely ground, resembling a dough-like consistency.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Add raw cacao powder, coconut flour, cinnamon (optional), and sea salt to the almond-date mixture. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Add Coffee: Gradually pour in the cooled coffee and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and sticky.
