- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg at room temperature, large
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 12 fl oz/360g, or any flavorless oil
- 1 cup buttermilk 8 oz/240g
- 4 tablespoons red food coloring (good quality)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
