Red Velvet Coffee
Description
The Red Velvet Coffee combines coffee and milk heated with white chocolate and unsweetened cocoa powder to form a smooth, chocolate-infused base. After heating, red food coloring and vanilla extract are stirred in to produce a vibrant red color and add flavor depth. Separately, a whipped creamer made from full-fat whipping cream, powdered sweetener, and red food coloring is prepared until stiff peaks form.
The latte is poured into cups and topped with the whipped creamer, which complements the warm coffee with its light texture and visual contrast. Optional decorations such as chocolate shavings or sprinkles can enhance presentation.
This recipe can be adjusted by varying the milk type, sweetener, and chocolate amount to suit taste or dietary needs. It can also be served iced by cooling the latte before adding the topping. Using espresso instead of regular coffee provides a stronger coffee flavor, while beetroot powder alternatives offer natural coloring variations.
