Reese's Pieces Cookie Recipe
Description
This cookie recipe combines both brown and white sugars with butter and vegetable oil to create a dough that stays moist and tender. The inclusion of crushed Reese's Pieces mixed into the dough adds pockets of peanut buttery candy flavor, while peanut butter chips provide further richness. Pressing whole Reese's Pieces on top before baking adds a visual appeal and varying texture.
Baked at 350°F for 7-8 minutes, the cookies come out of the oven soft with lightly browned edges. They can be served as a sweet snack or dessert that highlights the combination of peanut butter and sweet candy pieces.
