  • 1 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 cup peanut butter chunky
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese's Pieces candies , divided

Instructions

  1. To your stand mixer add the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar and beat until light and fluffy before adding in the eggs one at a time.
  2. Add in the vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt until just barely combined on low speed then fold in 1 cup of the Reese's pieces with a wooden spoon.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for an hour then scoop 2 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls and press in the remaining half cup of Reese's candies into the top of the dough balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
