A refreshing, summery drink with the blush of tart rhubarb and a hint of ginger.

Ingredients
- 1¼-1½ cups rhubarb syrup Depending on how sweet you like it.
- ½ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup water
FOR GARNISH:
- ½ cup strawberries sliced
- 4 talks rhubarb for garnish
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- In a pitcher combine 1¼-1½ cups rhubarb syrup, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 cup water. Stir to combine and refrigerate until chilled.
- Garnish with ½ cup strawberries and 1 lemon, sliced . To serve, pour the lemonade into ice-filled glasses, garnish with 4 stalks rhubarb (optional) and serve.
