This ricotta and fresh veggie combination is a great hors d'oeuvres served with cocktails or just as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 rib celery finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 small tomato seeded and diced
- 3 large basil leaves finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve with an assortment of crackers.
