Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • ½ pound asparagus (rinsed and ends cut off and removed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  3. In small bowl, add the oil, salt, pepper parmesan and garlic. Mix well.
  4. Brush the seasoned oil onto the asparagus spears.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve.
