Ingredients
- 6 Naan flatbread
- 2 cups butternut squash squares, pre cooked and roasted
- 1 cup kale cut into small pieces
- 1/2 package Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
Instructions
- Place the pre-cut butternut squash squares on a roasting pan lined with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until it starts to soften and look roasted along the edges (watch it close, it could take longer or shorter depending on the size the squares are cut).
