Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes peeled and cut into equal size chunks
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
- 2 bulbs of Roasted garlic cloves see recipe here

Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large pot of well-salted. Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain the potatoes in a strainer then put them back in the pot.
- Place the milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 30 seconds or until the butter has melted and the milk is warm.
- Pour the warm milk/butter mixture onto the potatoes, squeeze the roasted garlic out of its skin and on the potatoes then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Mash by hand or with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Taste and re-season if needed.
- Serve plain or with butter and extra black pepper. Enjoy!
