  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

Vinaigrette

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt to taste

Salad

  • quinoa cooked
  • Roasted Vegetables
  • vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Pepitas
  • mint chopped, and/or parsley
