Description
This Roasted Radishes recipe starts by halving one pound of radishes and tossing them with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, sea salt, oregano, and sumac. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet, the radishes roast at 425°F until fork tender, usually around 25 minutes.

- 1 lb radish

Instructions
