Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Wash tomatoes and cut in quarters.
- Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper to a large bowl. Toss tomato quarters in mixture and coat.
