  • 2 large egg
  • 1/3 cup neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • 18 Rolo candies unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix together the first three ingredients until well combined.
  3. Chill dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray and then use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out dough. Roll the dough into a ball. Smash it flat in your hand and place a Rolo in the center. Close the dough around the Rolo. Repeat until all of the dough is used.
  5. Bake for about 9 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
