Description
This recipe arranges half the crackers bottom side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and tops each with a Rolo candy. The tray is baked at 350°F briefly so the candy begins to melt but still holds shape. The remaining crackers are then pressed on top to form sandwiches. After resting five minutes, the candies set slightly, creating a sweet, gooey center encased by flaky cracker layers. Ingredients
- 40 Ritz crackers
- 20 Rolo candies
- parchment paper
- cookie sheet
Instructions
- Place 20 Ritz crackers with the top side down on a Parchment paper lined cookie sheet, then place a ROLO candy in the middle of each cracker.
- Place the cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes, or until the ROLO just begins to melt, then remove the cookie sheet from the oven, and place the remainder of the Ritz crackers on top of the ROLO's and press the crackers together.
- Let the crackers stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
