Rose Petal White Chocolate Bark
Description
To prepare Rose Petal White Chocolate Bark, high-quality white chocolate is melted gently with coconut oil to ensure a smooth texture and easy spreading. The chocolate mixture is poured thinly onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then it is sprinkled evenly with a generous pinch of sea salt, roasted chopped pistachios, chopped dehydrated strawberries, and dried rose petals.
The chocolate is gently pressed to embed the toppings before setting at room temperature or chilled briefly in the freezer to speed firming. As it solidifies, the chocolate layers with crunchy nuts, chewy fruit, and fragrant petals create a multi-textural confection ideal for gifting or special occasions.
This bark can be customized by varying toppings or substituting dark chocolate if preferred. The toppings add visual appeal and distinctive aromas to contrast the creamy white chocolate base.
Dehydrated strawberries can be purchased or made at home by drying thin slices at low oven temperature. Nutritional information varies according to specific ingredients used.
