  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Rosemary minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, and garlic.
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish. Pour the rosemary mixture over the chicken.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
