- 2 mini cucumbers , diced
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 bell pepper , diced
- 1 small red onion , peeled and diced
- 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon fleur de sel
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
