  • 4 tablespoons remoulade sauce

  • 2 Hamburger Bun
  • lime crema
  • Pico de Gallo
  • guacamole
  • jalapeños pickled
  • lettuce leaves

California-Style Salmon Burger Toppings

  • avocado sliced
  • lettuce such as butter lettuce, leaves
  • tomato slices
  • red onion slices
  • cilantro lime ranch (or a mayo, ketchup, sweet relish combination)
  • Bacon optional, crispy slices

Philly-Style Salmon Burger Toppings

  • provolone cheese
  • onion caramelized
  • mushroom sautéed
  • green bell pepper sautéed
  • Pepperoncini

Greek-Style Salmon Burgers

  • tzatziki sauce
  • feta cheese
