  • 260 ml milk
  • 270 g crema fresca
  • 220 g cooked ham picado
  • 120 g cheese grated
  • 2 cucharadas meat broth concentrated

Instructions

  1. En una cazuela, derrita la mantequilla a fuego medio, y a continuación, dore los champiñones y la cebolla.
  2. A esta preparación, agregue las 2 cucharadas de harina revolviendo bien, el caldo de carne, la leche y la crema fresca.
  3. Cocine, batiendo constantemente hasta que espese.
