Ingredients
- 225 gms butter softened
- 300 gms white sugar 1 ½ cups
- 2 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 250 gms all-purpose flour
- 80 gms unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 300 gms caramel bits 11 oz
- 175 gms dark chocolate chips 1 cup
- sea salt coarse
Notes
- Once the cookies have cooled to room temperature, you can store them in an airtight container.
