Salted Egg Shrimp
Description
This recipe blends salted egg yolks into a butter and garlic base, quickly cooking them until bubbling and forming a thick, aromatic sauce. The inclusion of Thai chili introduces a subtle heat, which balances the richness of the salted egg and cream mixture. The shrimp are then added and cooked until pink and tender, allowing them to absorb the sauce’s flavors.
Salted Egg Shrimp is best served hot alongside steamed rice, which helps mellow the creamy and salty sauce while complementing the shrimp’s texture. The combination of butter, salted egg yolks, and cream produces a sauce that is both silky and indulgent.
