Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bratwurst sliced crosswise into thin pieces, cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced into strips, medium
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips, medium
  • 1 yellow onion wedged, medium
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet. Add oil.
  2. Pan fry both sides of the sliced bratwurst until fully cooked.
  3. Add peppers and onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic powder and white wine. Stir. Continue to cook until wine evaporates.
  5. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper.
  6. Serve. Share and enjoy!
