Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner

Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner roasts apple-flavored chicken sausages with diced sweet potatoes and broccoli florets on a single pan. Tossed in olive oil with salt and pepper, the ingredients roast at high heat until browned and tender. This method simplifies cooking by combining protein and vegetables, producing juicy sausages and caramelized veggies in one easy dish.

Description

This recipe involves cutting chicken sausages into chunks and chopping sweet potatoes and broccoli into similarly sized pieces for even cooking. Everything is spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and black pepper before tossing to coat.

Baking at 425°F for 30 to 40 minutes with a toss halfway through ensures the sausages brown and cook through while the vegetables soften and develop roasted edges. The result is a balanced meal with savory sausage, tender broccoli, and sweet, caramelized potatoes.

This sheet pan approach reduces cleanup and streamlines dinner preparation. It is suitable for a straightforward, hearty meal that requires minimal monitoring.
