This Lemon Garlic Peas is such a quick and easy sautéed peas recipe. It’s the perfect side dish that can be made within minutes for when you don’t know what to make!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
- lemon juice and zest to taste
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Rinse the peas in a fine mesh strainer under warm water. There’s no need to spend time to thaw it ahead of time as this takes care of it within seconds.
- In a skillet on medium heat, melt the butter. Then add the minced garlic to the skillet.
- Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes before adding in the peas.
- Season with some salt and sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes, until the peas have softened.
- Remove from the heat, stir in some lemon zest, and add a splash of lemon juice.
