This super simple Sautéed Corn and Shallots is a quick and easy side dish that goes with any meal!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 2½ cups cooked corn divided
- 2-3 shallots sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 5 prigs thyme stem removed
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add in half of the butter, corn, shallots, salt, and garlic powder.
- Sauté for 10-15 minutes, adding the rest of the butter at the half way mark, until the corn has changed from a yellow to a golden colour.
- Add the thyme and additional seasoning if desired to the corn and shallots and sauté for another 5 minutes.
