Ingredients
Mince:
- 1 lb ground beef extra lean, 454 gr
- 1 medium onion yellow, finely chopped
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup red wine dry
- 1 cup beef broth I use OXO Beef, 2 small packages (4.5 g each) per 1 cup water
- 2 medium carrot peeled and chopped into small pieces (around 5 cm
- 1 cup pea fresh, canned or frozen
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Potatoes:
- 4 large russet potato peeled and cut into quarters
- 2 medium bay leaf dried, optional
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1/2 cup milk whole
- 1/2 tsp black pepper fresh ground
