Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 chicken breasts , cooked, boneless, chopped in 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup green onions , chopped
- 5 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger , minced or paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts , roughly chopped

Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water one minute shy of the directions on the box.
- Drain then toss with sesame oil.
- Add vegetable oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger to a large skillet on medium heat and cook for 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
- Add honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Bring to a boil then add in the pasta, chicken, and sesame seeds, tossing well to coat.
- Garnish with peanuts.
