A simple and flavorful recipe that's sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tomato or 6 tomatos
- 3 onions chopped 1cm x 1cm pices
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 paprika red, chopped into cubes
- 4-8 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0,5 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Fry onion on the medium heat until tender.
- Add sliced garlic, stir the mixture for 2 minutes and add peppers. It should take around 10 minutes for peppers to be tender.
- Add tomatos and spices (salt and cumin) and cooked on low heat, covered with a lid for at least 30 minutes
- Make small wholes in the sauce and beat in eggs.
- Season with pepper and salt. Close the lid and wait until the eggs is done. If you like soft eggs cook it for 4minutes, if hard 10minutes.
