Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups vanilla ice cream 365g
- ¾ cup whipping cream 180ml
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or chocolate extract, optional
- mint extract to taste
- 1 teaspoon Green Gel Food Coloring or 2 teaspoons liquid coloring
- Whipped Cream for garnish

Instructions
- Scoop ice cream and place inside blender.
- Pour in whipping cream and add the food coloring.
