Ingredients
- 2 lbs Shrimp peeled & deveined, large
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
- 1 green bell pepper julienned
- 1 yellow onion half rings, large
- 3 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil olive or avocado, generic cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F or the broiler setting. Place shrimp and veggies on a sheet pan.
- Season with fajita seasoning and oil. Spread evenly onto a sheet pan.
- Broil the shrimp fajitas for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through and the veggies are tender. Serve and enjoy!
