Creamy, cheesy, and a little bit spicy, this shortcut Cajun Sausage Alfredo is just what dinner calls for. Ready in under 20 minutes, this meal is perfect for those busy nights!

Ingredients
- 1 package smoked sausage *cut into slices
- 1 onion *diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups pasta *cooked/drained
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce
- Parmesan Cheese *desired amount
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add in the diced onion and sliced sausage cooking until onion is tender.
- Add in the cooked pasta, spinach, Cajun seasoning, and Alfredo.
- Stir to fully incorporate sauce over pasta and reduce heat to low.
- Allow to cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until warm and spinach leaves have cooked down.
- Add desired amount of Parmesan cheese and serve!
