Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Report
This Shrimp Alfredo Recipe offers a creamy pasta dish featuring sautéed shrimp in butter and garlic, simmered in heavy cream with Parmesan cheese. The seasoning of salt and pepper complements the richness of the sauce. The fettucine pasta serves as a tender base, and fresh parsley adds a hint of brightness to the finished dish. It is a classic preparation suited for dinner or special occasions.

Description

The Shrimp Alfredo Recipe begins by sautéing peeled and deveined shrimp in butter to develop a mild buttery base flavor. Seasoning with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic adds savory notes. The addition of heavy cream and Parmesan cheese after the shrimp cooks creates a rich and creamy sauce that slightly thickens as it gently cooks covered on low heat. This technique ensures the shrimp heats through without overcooking.

The sauce coats cooked fettuccine pasta, providing a creamy texture with a delicate seafood essence. Fresh parsley sprinkled on top adds subtle herbal freshness and color contrast. More Parmesan cheese can be added at serving to enhance the savory taste.

This dish pairs well with garlic bread and a salad, complementing the richness of the Alfredo sauce with fresh and crunchy sides.
