Shrimp & Broccoli Foil Packs

Grilled or Oven-baked Shrimp and Broccoli Foil packs are low-carb, keto, and low-fat. This quick and flavor recipe make juicy tender shrimp in under 30 minutes with minimun prep and cleanup!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Shrimp tailed and deveined, raw
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon EACH smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon EACH Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon EACH garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon EACH onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon EACH red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon EACH salt
  • 1 teaspoon EACH black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF. Cut 4 sheets of foil into long rectangles (about 12''x12''). Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, oil, and spices. Divide the shrimp onto the aluminum foil then add about 1 cup of broccoli florets to each foil.
  3. Fold and seal the foil. Transfer foil packs to a large baking sheet (skip if grilling).
  4. Bake or grill for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and carefully open foil packs, drizzle with lemon if desired, and serve immediately.
