Instructions

For Lo Mein

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil on medium-high heat. Add the peppers, snow peas and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Remove from skillet and set aside
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to skillet and cook shrimp with garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook
  5. Drain noodles and add to the skillet along with the sauce and the veggies. Toss with a spatula until mixed.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

For Signature Chicken Dumplings

  1. Per box directions, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to a 10-inch nonstick skillet; coat evenly
  2. Place dumplings in a single layer, seam-side up and add 1/3 cup water (just enough to cover the bottom of skillet)
  3. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, until water has evaporated and bottoms of dumplings are lightly browned. Do not move dumplings during cooking
  4. Check that the dumplings are cooked thoroughly. Careful, they're hot! Serve and enjoy!
