Simple Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Description
The recipe starts by mashing 3 to 4 ripe bananas which contribute natural sweetness and moisture. Melted butter, egg, and sugar are stirred in along with vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to create a balanced batter. Flour is folded gently to maintain moisture. Adding chocolate chips provides bursts of rich sweetness in every slice. The batter is poured into a greased loaf pan and baked at 350°F for one hour until set and golden. Cooling on a rack before slicing ensures an even texture. This banana bread is a comforting bake highlighting the natural fruit flavor with added chocolate indulgence.
