Simple, Delicious Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado whole Hass variety
  • red onion medium
  • 1 jalapeño medium
  • 2 tablespoons salsa pre-made
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ bunch ½-ounce fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Slice avocados in half, take the pitt out, and dice them inside the shell.
  2. Slice red onion thin, dice jalapeno, and slice limes in half.
  3. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and lightly mash avocado using a fork while mixing. Squeeze lime juice into bowl.
  4. Coarsely chop a half bunch of cilantro and add to the guacamole. Mix well until everything is combined.
