Ingredients
- 4 ham steaks
- ½ pound asparagus trimmed
- ½ pound brussle sprouts halved
- 4 potatoes sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet tray.
- Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add ham, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts to the tray with the potatoes.
- Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Roast everything in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until everything starts to brown.
