Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 lb spiral noodles
  • 6 mozzarella string cheese diced, O Organics brand
  • 5-6 baby carrots O Organics brand, shredded finely
  • 1 broccoli diced super fine, small head, fresh
  • 1 oz olives diced, from can
  • 1/2 Italian dressing bottle
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil spiral noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until noodles are cold. Add in all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for 2 hours and then serve. Will last up to a week in the refrigerator.
