Skinny Brownie Bite Ice Cream Sandwiches
Description
Skinny Brownie Bite Ice Cream Sandwiches involve preparing a batch of mini brownie bites using all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, applesauce, butter, egg, vanilla extract, and baking powder. These are baked in a mini muffin tin until set and cooled. The ice cream, chosen by preference, is allowed to soften slightly before being scooped onto half of the brownie bites.
Each ice cream scoop is topped with another brownie half, forming a small sandwich. These can be served immediately or wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen for later consumption. This dessert offers an easy way to enjoy classic brownie and ice cream combinations in a small, manageable portion, suitable for various ice cream flavors.
